Terms

1. What Unlinked is for

Finding collaborators, projects and reputation built with evidence. Not for: corporate job listings, sales prospecting, influencers, crypto pumps or anything selling smoke. Break this, lose the account.

2. Proof over promises

Your profile represents what you claim to build and what GitHub shows. You are responsible for your content being real and yours. Unlinked verifies the code exists — it does not certify we are perfect friends.

3. Zero-spam, both directions

Pings are the only contact channel. A ping reported as spam by 3 people = suspension. Builders who accept and ghost without closing a collab get no automatic sanction — they get the receipts that will say it.

4. Collabs are between you and the other

Unlinked is not a party to your agreements. Scope, payments and IP between builders is your responsibility; the Phase 3 escrow will facilitate, not arbitrate for free.

5. Prohibited content

Illegal, hateful, malware, impersonation, or fake profiles (stealing someone else's repo is the worst heresy possible here). Reports → verification → removal, with no refund of anything because builders pay nothing.

6. The network is yours, the rules are honest

You can leave whenever (see privacy: 30-day deletion). Service provided 'as is', in public beta. If something breaks, there is no corporate SLA — there is a dev in Caracas watching logs, which is a better guarantee of the ones that look like they matter.
