Every RAG demo lives in a datacenter. I want to ship an open reference that does retrieval + generation fully on-device. Hackathon energy, real output.
the solution
Quantized embeddings + SQLite-vec + a tiny reranker on mobile. We target a public repo and a live demo, no VC, all credit on the README.
